Thursday’s post about room reinvention struck a chord with Mosaicworks designer Karen Johnston who sent me pics of her own stunningly beautiful living room, above in summer and below in winter. Amazing!

I find it interesting that Karen and I take opposite approaches to the seasons: I want my summer room to feel cooler while she pulls out those tones for winter. Personal preferences aside, there’s no denying that Karen’s living room is a knockout no matter what time of year.
